Gameram Plus FAQ for users


1. What features are included in Gameram Plus?

 

Gameram Plus is a paid option on the Gameram social network that gives users access to a number of application customization features.
Gameram Plus now includes the following features:

1. The Plus badge, an orange crystal, which is displayed next to your nickname.

2. 1,500-character text limit increase in the About me section on your profile.

3. A choice of 7 available background colors for your profile.

4. A choice of 7 available background colors for your private chats.

5. A choice of 7 available colors for your nickname (which will be displayed in chats and tribes).

6. A choice of 7 available background colors for the app icon.

7. Game status highlighted in red among active user statuses.

8. Plus user highlighted in automatic recommendations for subscriptions that are displayed in other users' feeds.

Gameram Plus subscription features may be expanded and supplemented in the future.

2. How much does Gameram Plus cost?

 

To find out the subscription cost, go to the main page of the application. You will see the Gameram Plus icon in the upper-left corner, which leads to the subscription information page. Go to the information page, where you will see the price.

3. How can I pay for Gameram Plus?

Subscription payments are made through the Google Play or App Store payment services, which must be installed and configured on your phone (instructions for Google account; instructions for Apple account).

 

4. In which countries is Gameram Plus available?

 

The Gameram Plus subscription is available in 94 countries. If the subscription is unavailable in your country for whatever reason, contact our support team at support@gameram.com

5. How far in advance can I pay for my subscription?

 

You can currently buy a subscription for 1 or 3 months or for a year. For a long time, a subscription will be cheaper.  

6. Where can I see when I paid for the subscription and when it will end?

 

Go to the main page of the application (via the Home icon on the bottom navigation bar). You will see the Gameram Plus icon in the upper-left corner, which leads to the subscription information page, where the subscription price and expiration date are displayed.

7. How can I set up or change the app customization features that are available via my subscription?

Go to the main page of the application (via the Home icon on the bottom navigation bar). You will see the Gameram Plus icon in the upper-left corner, which leads to the subscription information page. On the information page, you will find the Gameram Plus settings button. On the following screen, you will see all the customization settings options.
 

8. I've paid for a subscription, but I can't see it in the app. What should I do?

The subscription must be activated immediately after you have made the payment. In the case that we have not received the payment confirmation and the subscription is lost, you will see a corresponding error message in the app, and you will need to retry the payment.

9. Is it possible to get a trial subscription?

 

It is possible to take a 7-days trial subscription for Gameram Plus.

10. How can I cancel my subscription?

 

Go to the main page of the application (via the Home icon on the bottom navigation bar). You will see the Gameram Plus icon in the upper-left corner, which leads to the subscription information page. At the bottom of this page, there's the Cancel subscription button.
Please note that each 1-month subscription is non-refundable and will remain valid until the end of the month that you purchased it. Upon your request, automatic subscription renewal will be canceled, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the subscription expiring.
